Requirements: LBiSat was called to respond for mobile satellite telecommunication service for hurricane response in the Pacific Ocean Region.

Operational Task: LBiSat assembled three systems for next day shipment to respond for service to Guam. Equipment and supplies were crated and made ready for transportation in a 12 hour period.

Deliverable: LBiSat presented equipment and staff within 24 hours of notification for restoral service. LBiSat also Made IP network services available including Internet backbone and IP telephony.
